Lowering inflamation with food?

Inflamation affects us all. It is one of the major causes of disease. Most people think of arthritis but inflamations means a whole lot more. C-reactive proteine (this is a protein marker present when arteries are enflamed) is a predictor of heart attach than chlesterol. When cells are enflammed, they dont want to take up sugar this is one of the factors in type 2 diabetes. We know that some cancers are fuled by inflamatons. these are just a few examples on the negative effects of inflamation.
